CALLING ALL VENDORS! Pop Off the Beltline with Us! Welcome to The Bigger Picture registration for our 4th Sunday Spotlight event!

Join us as we highlight a minority owned businesses by rotating venue locations. Come and vend in some exciting new venues and support local BOB’s Every 4th Sunday!! Locations Announced.

**Food trucks ARE allowed at this event, please select below.

*Your registration includes a 10-ft x 10-ft area space. **Tent and table are not provided, but highly recommended. *To register simply select the 4th Sunday from the calendar that you’re interested in vending. Please see Vendor Guidelines

*Vendors selling consumable goods must be properly permitted by the GA Department of Health or the GA Department of Agriculture.

*Vendors selling bottled drinks must have a Manufactured Goods license and drinks must be prepared in a certified kitchen.

*Goods such as jams, cotton candy, teas, baked goods, or similar require a Cottage Foods License or Manufactured Goods License.

Please provide a copy of any/all food licenses/ permits you have on file to complete your application.

Shipping Policy

Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables and chairs.
Tents MUST be weighted if used (25+ lbs per leg).

Vendors selling food goods must provide a copy of their:
ServSafe License, Food Sales Establishment License (aka Manufactured Foods License), Food Truck / Restaurant License, or
Cottage Food Licenses are accepted for packaged foods.

Refund Policy

Vendor fees are due one week before the event date.
No refunds past Due Date.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Events are “Rain or Shine.”
Exceptions if the forecast indicates danger (lightning, floods, etc.).

Spots for events cancelled for weather will be moved forward once.

Spaces are assigned day-of on arrival. DO NOT set up without checking in.
Cars are NOT allowed in the market space during the event.
Vendors who arrive after setup time are NOT guaranteed a space.

Vendors should be present for the entire event.
Do not leave early without informing a member of our staff.

Absence without contact forfeits vendor fee for the event.
For absence with notice before the event begins, vendor fees can be moved forward ONCE.
Credits are valid for 3 (three) months from the event date.
